Reconciliation status column
Payments sent to the bank show a reconciliation status, so you can check whether they have been executed without calling your bank or waiting for a supplier to complain.
You find it in the Reconciliation status column of the payment list, in Payment > Payment orders > Sent to the bank , next to the Payment status report column.
Status values
Found on statement : Agicap has automatically matched the payment with a transaction on your bank statement. This confirms the payment went through.
To check : no such match was possible. The payment may still have been executed and reconciled another way. A tooltip explains it.
How the status is set
Only automatic matches count. A payment is Found on statement only when Agicap matches it automatically using your Agicap payment data. If the bank transaction was reconciled with a rule, a suggestion or manually in the Reconciliation module, or matched another way (invoice number, counterparty, amount and date), the payment stays To check.
To check does not mean failed. The Payment status report column stays the reference for what your bank reported back. The Reconciliation module shows more details on how a transaction was reconciled.
The status can go back: if a reconciliation is cancelled, the payment returns to To check.
The reconciliation status and the payment status report are two separate pieces of information: one does not replace the other.
Good to know
The reconciliation status does not appear in the CSV and PDF recaps of a payment batch.
