Mobile app
Action-Oriented Notification Center and Home Reminders
Your notification center now highlights tasks to act on transactions to justify, card requests to approve, invoices to verify, and remittances to validate.
A new home page reminder banner surfaces pending items the moment you log in.
This reduces missed tasks and delays, streamlines approvals, and improves compliance by keeping priority actions front and center.
Offline Expense Claims Entry
Capture and edit expenses, attach receipts, and save drafts entirely offline; submit when you're back online.
Drafts sync and validate automatically to prevent data loss, errors, and duplicate work.
Perfect for travel or low-connectivity sites, speeding reimbursements and maintaining policy compliance.
Treasury - Cash management
Win time with Suggested Recurrences from Paid Transactions history
Based on your paid transaction history, Agicap suggests expected recurring transactions that you can choose to validate so they’re added to your cash flow position. This helps you save time, reduce manual work, and minimize the risk of missing regular expenses.
Smarter auto-matching with ranked reconciliation suggestions
Agicap now ranks multiple reconciliation candidates within date and amount tolerances, surfacing the best suggestion automatically.
It scores options by payment date proximity and label similarity between expected and bank transactions to pick the most likely match.
This boosts match accuracy, cuts manual review and errors, and speeds up reconciliation for faster, more reliable cash visibility.
Unified Organization-Level Entity Settings
Now, you can manage all your entities’ settings in a single, full-page organizational view, with side-by-side comparison—no more modals.
You can access the same settings from both the entity and consolidation interfaces, ensuring a consistent and seamless experience.
This centralized approach speeds up reviews, enhances cross-entity consistency, and reduces clicks and context switching when configuring or auditing setups.
Seamless Migration to Shared Category Structure
A year ago, we introduced the shared category structure, enabling centralized and consistent category management across multiple entities for easier global reporting. You can now link existing entities to the shared category structure without data loss by choosing to keep category-related data—matching categories are auto-migrated, while unmatched ones are clearly flagged for manual review.
This saves time, preserves historical categorization, and accelerates consolidation and governance.
Overdraft-Minimizing Balancing Suggestions
Our balancing transfer suggestions help optimize liquidity across your accounts and entities in a multi-entity environment . When a full cover or sweep isn’t possible, our engine reallocates available excess cash above set thresholds to overdrafted accounts, minimizing total overdraft exposure.
We prioritize significant intra-pool transfers, reduce unnecessary small moves, and simplify operations—resulting in fewer, higher-impact transactions and a stronger end-of-day liquidity position, both within and across entities.
Treasury - Bank journal
Bulk Actions for Bank Journal automation rules
Duplicate any bank journal automation rule across entities to standardize setups in seconds.
Select multiple rules to duplicate or delete in bulk, streamlining maintenance for multi-entity groups.
This saves time, reduces manual errors, and keeps automation governance consistent across your organization.
Calendar review status in automatic reconciliation
Mark days as “reviewed” directly in the Reconciliation > Automatic calendar; each day is visually flagged as reviewed, not reviewed, or with no reconciliations.
This clear status view improves oversight and collaboration, focuses attention on pending work, reinforces auditability, and accelerates period-end reconciliation.
Financing
Effective date for credit line and drawdown management
Edit drawdown dates, amounts and index, and adjust credit line terms on the fly, including maturity, available amount, margin and non-utilisation fee rate, all with effective start dates. Every change triggers an automatic recalculation of interest, fees and schedules, instantly updating expected cash flows and positions.
Flexible billing and rate application for loans
Choose monthly or quarterly billing frequencies and define how interest rates apply, with the option to fix the rate at period start or at the drawdown date for mid-period draws. Each installment now generates its own forecasted cash flow, giving granular visibility and traceability.
Advanced lease management with hedging support
Add leases at fixed or variable rates, with each installment split between capital, interest and VAT, residual value tracked, and the purchase option handled as its own installment. Attach hedging instruments to variable-rate leases to manage rate risk, and use export and import for bulk updates and special cases.
Accounts Payable - Procure-to-Pay
Once an invoice is matched to its purchase order (automatically or manually), the system verifies full delivery and amount parity.
A green indicator confirms perfect alignment, enabling confident, immediate approval for payment.
If quantities or totals differ, a clear alert flags the discrepancy for focused review.
This accelerates AP validation, prevents overpayments and fraud, and strengthens financial controls with less manual effort.
Amount Range Filters for Supplier Invoices
Quickly refine invoice searches by setting minimum (“from”) and maximum (“up to”) amounts.
Zero in on relevant bills, outliers, or threshold-based approvals to speed up reviews.
Saves time, reduces errors, and helps AP focus on invoices that most impact cash.
Line-Item Delivery Tracking and Smarter 3-Factor Matching
Record delivered quantities per PO line to update the PO recap and see exactly what’s been fulfilled, line by line.
These granular updates power a more accurate 3-factor match when associating POs to invoices; if no delivery is expected, simply disable delivery tracking for cleaner results.
A redesigned PO details screen streamlines review and edits, improving control, reducing errors, and boosting confidence in purchase data.
Smart PO-to-Invoice Line Sync and Quantity Handling
When an invoice is linked to a PO, we replace OCR lines with PO lines and auto-calculate quantities: add delivered-but-not-yet-billed amounts, keep zero-qty lines (auto-removed on save), skip fully billed lines; for POs without delivery flows, we transfer ordered quantities as-is.
Users can edit or add lines, billed quantities update back to the PO, and unlinking/deleting the PO removes imported lines—cutting errors, preventing double-billing, and speeding up invoice processing.
Pre-Accounting
Edit and Re-Export Pre-Accounting Entries
Correct accounting details on entries already exported; edited items automatically return to “Ready to export” so you can resend clean data.
Available to users with the “Export pre-accounting entries” permission, with edits to key fields like amounts, VAT, accounts, analytics, and service/prepaid dates.
This is the first step toward surfacing export errors from your pre-accounting system, letting you quickly fix rejected entries and re-export them.
Payment
Organisation-Level Lock on Draft Payment Beneficiaries
Prevent beneficiary changes on draft payments sourced from Treasury expected transactions, Supplier Invoices, Cash Positioning balancing transfers, and imported payments (already enforced).
Only organisation admins can toggle this control; it’s enabled by default for new organisations—remember to activate it on existing ones. The draft payment UI now uses a tooltip to explain the lock.
This delivers stronger fraud prevention, governance, and vendor-data integrity across modules while reducing errors and ensuring consistent payment controls.
Currency Filter for AP Dashboard Main Figures
Filter the Main figures to any currency to view invoices, card expenses, and payments in the selected currency for your entity.
Focus analysis on your reporting or operating currency to remove FX noise and enable apples-to-apples comparisons.
Accelerates reconciliation and audits while helping local teams make faster, more accurate decisions.
Advanced Remittance Validation Rules
Create richer approval workflows by defining how many users within each group must validate and by combining multiple groups with AND logic.
This granular control strengthens payment governance while keeping approvals efficient.
Next up: phasing out signatures for non-EBICS protocols (target Q2) to streamline bank submissions and make onboarding much easier.
Accounts Receivable
Smarter follow-up emails for split invoices
The late payment collection feature now fully support split invoices, triggering reminders on each instalment’s due date rather than the overall invoice date.
Customers now receive a precise breakdown of the instalments, which reduces confusion and disputes and increases transparency.
You collect faster with more targeted reminders, less manual chasing, and better predictability of cash flows and DSO.
Smart navigation for large client lists
You can now move between the client list and individual client pages without losing your filters, sorting, page number, or scroll position, making batch work (e.g. calling the top 10 debtors) much faster and easier. We’ve introduced smart navigation so that when you click “Back” from a Client page, you return to the client list exactly as you left it. In addition, new navigation arrows on the client page let you move sequentially through clients according to your current sorting and filters (for example, by “Amount Due”), enabling smooth, targeted processing of your client queue with just a few clicks.
Accounts Payable
Real-Time Export Status & Error Handling for AP Purchase Journal
Track entries exported to your ERP via public API feedback, with clear statuses: Export in progress, Exported, or Error (with details).
Resolve issues faster with inline actions—edit and re-export entries or mark errors as resolved when appropriate.
This transparency speeds reconciliation, reduces back-and-forth with connectors, and boosts confidence in your accounting sync.
