Video explanation for additional information:
Step 1. Prepare your requests for a new EBICS contract
Before requesting a new EBICS contract at your bank, answer following question for each bank: do I want to only receive data in Agicap - or do I want to execute payments in Agicap as well ?
For data retrieval only , use email template 1
For data retrieval and payments , use email template 2 and prepare the names of the individuals who should be authorised to make payments in Agicap
In both cases, include the attachment PDF for the bank.
User Permissions Information
To allow your employees to pay incoming invoices via Agicap, please request the appropriate user rights from your bank. When assigning users, it is important to decide how you want payment approvals to happen (single approval or four-eyes principle).
E users: Can approve and release payments by themselves. No additional user needed.
A users: Can only approve payments together with another A user or with a B user (never alone).
B users: Always need an additional user (E or A) to approve a payment. B users cannot approve payments alone or together with another B user.
T users (Transport): Cannot approve payments. Only used for the technical submission of payment data.
Approval combinations:
E + A = allowed
E + B = allowed
A + A = allowed
A + B = allowed
B + B = not allowed
Any user + T = not allowed
